What does the rental rate include?

The price of your rent includes rent, rental charges (heating, hot water, cold water, electricity), sheets (Val Cenis only).
It does not include the tourist tax (from 0.90 € to 1.80 € per night and per person> 18 years), booking fees (10 €), cancellation insurance (optional) and deposit (300-500 €) .

 

When do I have to pay for my stay?

To confirm the booking, you have to pay a deposit of 25% and booking fees and the insurance cancellation.

The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.

In case you make your reservation less than one month before your arrival, you have to pay directly the total amount of the stay.

 

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with your credit card (except American Express) online via our secure booking system, but also by French check (payable to the  Agency of Haute Maurienne), transfer or cash.


If I have to cancel my stay, what happens?

 

Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing as soon as possible (mail or e-mail).

 

If you don't pay the cancellation insurance, the fees are:

  • from reservation to 30 before arrival = 25% of the total amount
  • from 29 to 15 days before arrival = 50% of the total amount
  • 14 to 7 days before arrival = 75% of the total amount
  • less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the total amount

If you have paied the cancellation insurance, the file will be sent to the insurance and it will process the cancellation, according to the conditions provided.

When I arrive, where will I pick up the keys of the apartment?

Several reception desks are at your disposal, depending on the apartment you have booked.

You will find the address of the reception desk on your rental confirmation that you receive upon payment of the deposit.

Our offices are open on Saturdays from 8.30am to 11am and from 2pm to 6.30pm.

You can take keys from 4.00pm, however we invite you to visit the agency on your arrival to identify you.


If you arrive late, you must contact the agency before 6.00pm so that we explain the procedure to recover your keys.

 

Are pets allowed?

Unless otherwise stated in the description of the apartment, pets are welcome in our apartments (maximum one per apartment).


How to prepare for my arrival without stress?

To optimize your arrival in our mountains, we advise you to provide special equipment for your car (snow chains) and to train you to install them before your departure.

Also remember to have a flashlight and gloves in case you have to chain at night.
