Cancellation insurance

The agency offers a cancellation insurance with every reservation.

This insurance is automatically offered if you make a reservation by phone with our hostesses.
In case of reservation on our site, the box is to be checked if you do or don't want to take this insurance.

If you wish to take out the insurance, it must be paid it with the deposit and can not be added after.

Focus about COVID extension  :

 

In case you don't subscribe to the cancellation insurance, the booking fees are kept and the fees are as follows:

• from the reservation to 30 days before the arrival = 25% of the total amount
• from 29 to 15 days before the arrival = 50% of the total amount
• from 14 to 7 days before the arrival = 75% of the total amount
• less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the total amount  

 

The COVID-19 guaranteed reimbursement!

 

The Haute Maurienne agency guarantees reimbursement if your stay is made impossible by measures taken by the Public Authorities, that is to say:

• If you are unable to go to the rental location, upon presentation of proof (confinement, border closure, travel ban, isolation for COVID 19 disease).
• If the agency is no longer authorized to provide vacation rentals (sanitary conditions, ban on renting, etc.).
• If the ski resort is closed for COVID in winter

 

WARNING :

•     This guarantee does not apply to the following other reasons for impediment: activity providers and restaurants closed, personal concern, etc.
•     This guarantee is valid for any stay until 30 april 2022.
•     This offer is valid for a stay paid (partially or in full) via our agency.
