The COVID-19 guaranteed reimbursement!

The Haute Maurienne agency guarantees reimbursement if your stay is made impossible by measures taken by the Public Authorities, that is to say:

•     If you are unable to go to the rental location, upon presentation of proof (confinement, border closure, travel ban, isolation for COVID 19 disease).
•     If the agency is no longer authorized to provide vacation rentals (sanitary conditions, ban on renting, etc.).

WARNING :

•     This guarantee does not apply to the following other reasons for impediment: activity providers and restaurants closed, personal concern, etc.
•     This guarantee is valid for any stay from December 15, 2020 to April 17, 2021.
•     This offer is valid for a stay paid (partially or in full) via our agency.
•     Reimbursement of the amount paid, excluding administrative fees and cancellation insurance

We remind you that our cancellation insurance covers other reasons for cancellations such as: cancellation or modification of leave paid by the employer, illnesses outside covid-19, death, etc.
